By purchasing a membership and joining this peptide community, members acknowledge and consent to the following terms
Purpose and Role
This platform serves as a community for enthusiasts and researchers with a focus on research compounds, fostering collaboration and the exchange of knowledge. By purchasing a product-specific membership, members gain access to drops of that particular compound, which are intended strictly for research purposes and not for human consumption. Each membership is tailored to specific compounds, aligning with the member’s research interests and needs.
Right of refusal
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and we refuse to sell product-specific membership to people who:
- Do not agree to and follow any of our terms.
- Are using the product for non-research purposes
- Harassing others, including staff, mods and admins
- Dox others
- Engage in spreading misinformation/defamation
- Share private information about services, servers and/or product packaging.
- We will report, ban and/or block anyone who violates the above.
- Circumventing any ban or block is not allowed and any purchases made while banned will be cancelled and refunded.
All decisions are final and subjective, at the discretion of PGB, the server owner and admin
Membership Benefits
Members benefit from collective knowledge sharing, exclusive content, and access to research compounds at no additional cost beyond the membership fee.
Handling and Use
Members confirm they possess the necessary expertise or will seek professional advice for the safe handling, storage, and use of any compounds received.
Health and Safety Risks
Members accept all risks and responsibilities associated with the use of research compounds. The community organizer is exempt from liability for any adverse effects or complications that may arise.
Compliance With Laws
Members commit to adhering to all applicable laws and regulations regarding the acquisition, storage, and usage of research compounds.
Indemnification
Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless the community organizer, administrators, and moderators from any claims or liabilities arising from their participation in the community or from the use of research compounds.
No Guarantees on Products
While efforts are made to collaborate with reliable sources, there are no guarantees regarding the purity, quantity, or efficacy of the research compounds provided. Guarantees or assurances from sources are considered non-binding suggestions.
Product Concerns and Shipping
Responsibility for the quality and shipment of research compounds rests with the respective sources. The community organizer does not handle or ship research compounds. Shipping involves complex logistics and can be impacted by customs regulations and potential delays, making it unpredictable. Legal and regulatory issues may also complicate delivery, as research compounds have specific legal statuses that vary by jurisdiction. Additionally, reliance on vendors introduces a risk of non-performance, which could affect the ability to guarantee delivery. Members should be aware of these challenges and understand that the community organizer cannot guarantee the arrival of research compounds due to these potential external factors.
Limitation on Damages
Claims against the community organizer related to membership or peptide use shall not exceed the membership fee paid by the member.
Unforeseen Events
The community organizer is not responsible for any disruptions caused by uncontrollable events such as natural disasters or supply chain issues.
Admin Fee and Membership Explanation
Membership fees contribute towards the operational costs of the community, including sourcing of research compounds for free drops. This fee compensates organizers for their time and the resources used in maintaining the community.
Risk Acknowledgement
Participating in this community involves inherent risks associated with handling research compounds. The community owner does not guarantee the delivery, quality of compounds, or the results of any testing. Members should fully understand these risks before engaging with any compounds.
Resolution Period
Members agree to allow up to 100 days for the resolution of any issues related to the compounds before pursuing any form of restitution.
Acknowledgement
Joining the community indicates an understanding of and agreement with these terms. Members acknowledge that their membership provides access to research compounds as a complimentary addition, not a purchasable good.
By purchasing a membership, individuals not only receive access to specific compound drops for free but also become part of a community dedicated to peptide research. This membership offers the opportunity to collaborate and share knowledge in a rich, engaging environment focused on peptides.
